DESCRIPTION
The RS1117A is a 1A low-dropout positive voltageregulator. It is available in fixed and adjustable outputvoltage versions. Over current and thermal protectionare integrated onto the chip. Output current will limitas while it reaches the pre‐set current or temperaturelimit. The dropout voltage is specified at 1.40VMaximum at full rated output current. The RS1117Aseries provides excellent regulation over line, loadand temperature variations.
