DESCRIPTION

The PT32M622 is a SiP (System in Package) withmcu and a motor gate driver. The PT32M622m icrocon tr oller is a series of lo w - po wermicrocontroller incorporating a high-performanceARM CortexTM-M0 32-bit RISC core. It operates ata maximum 48Mhz frequency and features up to32Kbytes of Flash and up to 4Kbytes of SRAM. Thegate driver is a high speed power MOSFET and IGBTdriver with three independent high and low sidereferenced output channels for 3-phase gate driver.Built-in dead time protection and Shoot-throughprotection that prevent half-bridge against damage.
